Withdraw

RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller via e-mail:

Returned goods must:
• be unused,
• be returned in original condition where possible,
• include all accessories and original packaging where possible.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned goods are received.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order.


COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTIVE GOODS
Customers are entitled to rights arising from defective performance in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

The seller will review the complaint and inform the customer about the next steps as soon as possible.
