1. GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the seller and the customer purchasing goods through the online store.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The contract language is English.
2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
All products displayed on the website are presented for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.
The purchase contract is concluded once the seller confirms the order by e-mail.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing the order.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:
* incorrect pricing caused by technical errors,
* suspected fraudulent activity,
* unavailable products,
* force majeure circumstances.
3. PRICES AND VAT
All prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply according to local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. PAYMENT
Orders for EU customers are processed only after full payment has been received.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
The seller reserves the right to limit certain payment methods for specific countries or orders.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The seller delivers goods within selected European Union countries.
Estimated delivery times depend on:
* product availability,
* destination country,
* selected shipping carrier.
Products are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times provided on the website are estimates and may be affected by external circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
The customer is required to inspect the package upon delivery and immediately report any visible damage to the shipping carrier.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller by email - info@fan-shop.cz
Returned goods must:
* be unused,
* be returned in original condition where possible,
* include all accessories and original packaging where possible.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned goods are received.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original.
7. EXCEPTIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
* personalized or custom-made products,
* sealed products that were opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons,
* products damaged by improper handling.
8. COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTIVE GOODS
Customers are entitled to rights arising from defective performance in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
If the customer receives damaged or defective goods, they should contact the seller without unnecessary delay via email - info@fan-shop.cz
The seller will review the complaint and inform the customer about the next steps as soon as possible.
9. LIABILITY
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by:
* shipping carriers,
* customs procedures,
* strikes,
* force majeure events,
* circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Product images on the website may be illustrative. Minor differences in color or packaging do not constitute a defect.
10. PRIVACY
Customer personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations and the seller’s Privacy Policy.
Personal data is used only for:
* order processing,
* delivery,
* customer communication,
* legal obligations.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Consumer rights under mandatory laws of the customer’s country of residence within the European Union remain unaffected.
